| An employee was descending a concrete stairway with wire rope guardrails. He began to fall and grabbed the guardrail, which gave way. He fell to the concrete floor about 15 feet below, suffering a left-side impact that caused an eye socket fracture and other fractures. | On 8/12/2015 an employee who was delivering pavement stones suffered a fractured jaw. The industrial truck that he was operating tipped over while handling a load.
